 Philadelphia is a mecca of creativity and a sanctuary for the outspoken. Unfortunately, the city is heavily divided. Philly needs a place of unity, a place to gather together and safely express itself. Four pillars rise up in the city skyline, their simple democratic architecture a reminder of the history for which Philly is known. Deeper in the city, the silhouette changes. A billowing cloud, an iconic dreamscape blooms against the horizon, representing the growing tangibility of Philadelphia achieving its vision of progress rooted in Utopian idealism.
